Natural History Museum

The Museum of Natural History is a Smithsonian museum that is free to visit and which is open for 364 days per year. The museum was originally opened in 1910, and has been modernised at various times in its life. The museum has over 125 million specimens of plants, animals, fossils and other items. The museum is the second most popular museum, behind the National Air and Space museum.
